I really love a well constructed skirt. This is a basic trumpet shape with the origin of the wider skirt, being in a sewn down, pleat or gore from the very top of the skirt. There is a grow grain ribbon about a half an inch down from the top of that skirt that had that unique textual detail It fits close to the body and then trumpets out just above the knee. You get, the styling of a straight skirt at the top and the ease of a full skirt at the bottom. In excellent condition, there is a zipper.
