This is a beautifully crafted 100% silk baby blue pinstripe wrap blouse with ruffles in Size Small by Austrian designer Lena Hoschek from her Spring Summer 2013 collection. Originally she had paired this with a pair of floral high rise shorts, playing with the chic combo of stripes on florals. Although the tags are missing, this blouse has never been worn and is in perfect new condition.
