Underarm to underarm is 21 inches laying flat unstretched. Top shoulder hem to front bottom hem 36.5 inches- no material tag but there is a lot of stretch. It is likely a poly/rayon/elastane blend. Great condition! Hidden but useful front pockets. Animal print but vegan.
