This is a Lenox Architect's Tea Service sugar bowl with lid from 1933. It has copper trim and an unknown creature as a handle for the lid. One side has a picture of Independence Hall on it and the other side has a presidential seal.
The sugar bowl measures 4.00 inches by 3.25 inches and is 6.00 inches from handle to handle. It is 3.50 inches tall to the rim and 5 1/8 inches tall to the top of the handle.
I also have the matching creamer and teapot for sale separately.
The sugar bowl is trimmed in copper and the trim is in about new condition. There is no wear to any of the design or trim. The teapot has no chips, cracks, crazing, or other damage. It is marked as shown and will soon be one hundred years old.
