Leonardo da Vinci Last Supper Collector’s Coin

I have not been able to find much info on this piece but here’s what I know. It’s been kept on this display card inside this plastic protector for at least 20 years. I found this on an EBay listing selling the same coin for $199. I do not believe that it holds that much value, however as a collectors piece it does have value.
