Leopard Print Skirt

This super cute skirt is from the Shake It Up collection of Disney Channel’s Disney D-Signed line. The skirt has a black and neon green leopard print, lace up detailing on the front waistband, and a stretchy portion on the back waistband. The skirt also has a black underskirt portion, where the bottom gives a tulle tutu effect. Skirt has a few loose threads around the skirt. Would also be great as a leopard costume when paired up with the matching top (also on my page).
