You can wear this top over a pair of jeans or a pencil skirt. It looks great both ways. Wear it as a Suit top, under the jacket. Very good quality. Seldom worn and in great condition. It is not lined. It was manufactured in Indonesia. It is a rounded neckline, pullover jersey knit top with short sleeves. The fabric is a Rayon/Spandex blend. It is stretchy. This pattern has been discontinued by WHBM. It is in great condition . I've described it to the best of my ability. It is clean. I bought it in the USA and wore it while in England.
