This is super cute and cozy! It was worn once so excellent condition. Size is Small; however im more of a M/L so it runs a bit oversized. Length is 29” and arm to arm is 19.5”

Yes it is; however everything I have in my closet is honestly priced well. This is not true of many sellers who have actually priced items higher than you can purchase them
