Reposhing this gorgeous dress as it didn't fit. I loved it though! the fabric is light and flowy and the print is so fun. it's still brand new with tags and unworn. The sleeves have some adorable vintage style gathering that give them a slight puffed look. Wear with or without the tie belt! the dry buttons up all the way down to the hem.
