These tap shoes are brand new, bought over 7 years ago. Never used, unsure of where the laces are but I never put any on since I never got to use them. Unsure of the size, it doesn't say anywhere on/in the shoes. I am women's size 8 and they are slightly too small, I would recommend these for a women's size 7.
