cozmicposhin I would say closer to 12 months. I just pulled up pictures of my daughter in her Halloween costume. She was about 7 months old at the time, average size, and the sleeves covered the 1st set of knuckles, almost to the 2nd set of knuckles but not quite. Hope this helps!
