Lesco Brown Alligator Handbag 1950’s

This classic bag is from Lesco, a well-known manufacturer of handbags in the 1940s-60’s. It is clean inside and out and in overall EUC. A few minor scuffs and a few white spots look like transfer. Gold tone closure and frame rubbed but not flaking. The interior is taupe-colored leather with one zipper pocket and two smaller slip-in pockets. Minimal small ink marks on bottom. No cracking on body. Strap is just starting to show signs of age and wear. But years of use left before replacing would be required. Have not tried to clean. It measures 8" H x 9 1/4" wide x 3 1/2" deep. Nonsmoking. Interior has the requisite old leather scent. Please note many of my items are used, vintage or antique and some will be in an age related condition including marks, chips , crazing , scratches , dinks , dents etc. Also the color you see in the picture is as close as i can get to real life. Please remember that monitor and computer settings can make colors look brighter, duller or completely different.
