I love this dress because it reminds of a dress that Elaine Benes on Seinfeld would wear! Just add a pair of chunky loafers and a white pair of socks and you’ll be ready to dance the night away at any party. The base of this dress is a navy blue color in a bright floral print with orange, yellow, white and purple flowers. It is a button front dress and has 1 front pocket as well as pockets on either side. There are belt loops, but no belt is included. It looks like there might be a button missing, but there is not a button missing. It’s the spot where the belt would go. In this spot, it hooks closed. The only flaw of this dress is the missing belt and the tag is discolored. There are no other flaws.
