Leslie Fay pleated Skirt

Adorable, flouncy, pleated and polkadotted. Would look so cute with a white sweater and some flats you can do whatever you want with the skirt like this it has elastic in the waist and it stretches real big and it even if it’s me I have a 20 inch waist and a 40 inch hip.
