Let’s End The Dog Meat Trade!!

My name is Kara. I love dogs!!! In 2011 I learned about the Yulin Dog Meat Festival though an article about Marc Ching with the Animal Hope and Wellness Foundation. From that day I decided to make yearly donations. One year I learned how to make dog bow ties. My friends all wanted one. I realized this was a way for me to raise funds for Yulin. I run my Etsy through Instagram @gstopybowtie. I have dog models all over the world. We have sold thousands of bows and thus have been able to help rescue thousands of lives. Through this I have met many rescues and work with four very important rescues. One of these lives saved is Leo. (Third photo). I saw him on one of the rescues posts. He had been hung, blowtorched and rescued. I felt an instant connection to him. He tested positive for parvo, which normally kills puppies. He beat all odds and made it. After quarantining, he was sent to the US where he lives the happiest life ever with me. I have decided to use this platform to resell stuff from my closet, friends closets and fun finds I find to raise more money for Yulin. Every purchase helps us save another life!
