These are SO cute I wish they fit! I had them altered to raise the crotch because it was awkwardly low, but they altered too much and now it's too small on my booty! I think they fit like a 25-26 now. (I usually wear 27 and these are just a bit too snug) but SO cute! I'm really sad these didn't work for me! Never worn, only washed once after altered.

@candy4three about 15.5 in across waist (laying flat), about 26 in inseam (with pants cuffed as shown), I’d consider these low rise? But they’re too tight on me so they may go a bit higher on someone with smaller hips

I'm 5'3" 107, quite strong and athletic and have narrow hips. I'm not assuming your a stylist, but I'd appreciate your opinion on if they would fit! I pretty much always wear a 25 in pants, but level 99 runs big on me, and in general, i could use a shorter crotchbox
