suzyblueyes Tell me how to gain muscle and tone my legs more. I can see just by the way you wore that to and jeans your my size but I use to be very athletic and I hate feeling like this please

opencellardoor @suzyblueyes honestly it’s 30% exercise and 80% diet. I am in peak competition phase here and probably around 9% body fat. That is all diet. I do lift heavy. Squats, lunges, hip thrusts, and deadlifts are the most important exercises for glutes and legs.

suzyblueyes @opencellardoor @opencellardoor so how may squats daily with weights? Deadlift starting out with about how much weight? Hip Thrusts daily anything else? I need to build muscle legs, glutes, inner thighs any help is appreciated
