Levi's Custom Cut Off Reworked Jean Skirt

Custom cut skirt. Were a pair of MEN'S jeans...so the tags are in mens sizes. I usually wear a 4/6 and it fit me nicely. I have attached measurements to go off of. Comparing those to Levi's womens size chart..the skirt should fit a 4/6 but please make that call for yourself based on the measurements provided. The skirt is in excellent condition..no flaws.
