Custom handmade repurposed Levi’s pencil skirt. One of a kind. Purchased at a vintage booth in OKC. Very artistic and a fun and funky vibe. Elastic back for comfortable fit. Measurements are 13” waist (but with elastic stretches additional 3 inches 16” hips (not much stretch as this is denim 21” from top hem to bottom In great condition. No stains. There are slight imperfections such as decreased folding lines from the vintage jeans used. Everyone is going to ask where you got this
