Levi's Light Wash Distressed Wedgie Cutoff Shorts

I’m typically a 6 and find these too small. Including photos with measurements! They say to typically size up one or two sizes in Levi’s cutoffs, so believe these would fit a 26 or 27, or someone who is borderline 27/28.
