Levi’s Made In The USA High Rise Denim Jeans

inseam approx 33.5 in outseam approx 45 in size tag says 11 but it does not look like an 11. maybe a 1. so please see measurements before purchase measurements are in photos and in description small fading mark by knee (shown in photo) I purchased these second hand and hadn’t realized the previous owner had sewn them to make them shorter and now there is a line where that was done.
