Levi’s vintage 512 tapered jeans. Truly vintage-size reads 3 short

Levi’s vintage 512 tapered jeans. Size reads “3 short” I have a 25.5 inch waist, 37.5 inch hips, and am about 5’3. I wanted to be able to fit in these so bad!!!. No holes or signs of extreme wear. So, I’d say this fits a 23-25 inch waist more. Fits more like a size 0-1. Inseam Length is 27.5 inches measured .
