Lia Lee Flutter Sleeve Sheer Tunic

Lia Lee tunic with tie waist and flutter sleeves. Fabric tag missing but feels like polyester. Ties are long enough to wrap around back to front or can be tied only in front in a bow. Measures 13" at waist and 16" pit to pit. 30" long from collar. Some flexibility with shoulder width due to crossover styling but there is no stretch to waist. Best on very slight shoulder frame. Every time I look at it I think of the UGA logo but great for any Red/Black/White spirit wear
