Really pretty light blue glass and plastic silver bead necklace is by Lia Sophia. The necklace is 15" to 18" with an extender. The largest bead is 1/2", smallest is 3/16" and there are 3 strands of wire. It is signed, vintage and in very good condition with no damage or wear.
