Lia Sophia gemstone silver tone necklace jewelry

Necklace is in good condition and kept in a clean smoke free home. The gemstones on the necklace have natural occurring brown spots. They are very small and only noticeable when closely examining necklace. They are visible in photos. The light blue or aqua color chips and large pendant are gemstones. I am not certain if it’s aqua, quartz, or other. It tested in the quartz family on my presidium mostly. It jumped around to aqua too. The tester only tests several stones so if it’s not a stone it tests it will still show as a gemstone it matches closest too. The necklace also has very small mother of pearl round beads but the large pearls I believe are real but I am guessing. I always take my pearls to a gemologist and with this I have not. The other beads are probably a mix some plastic and some glass. The necklace with the pendant is 19” + 3” extender = 20”.
