Libby Edelman Midi Dress, Floral Black/Red, Choker Neck Cutout, size Medium

This gorgeous, sheath style dress is fully lined but has a sheer sleeve. The bottom of the sleeve has a flare with elegant detailing and a black velvet ribbon. The dress was worn only a few times and was very flattering. I so much wish I could still fit it in!!! The brand is Libby Edelman, and the size is medium. The washing instructions are to hand wash separately and lay flat to dry. I did hand wash it and there was no shrinking. No flaws or imperfections. Nearly new and in perfect condition. From a smoke-free and pet-free home. When lying flat, the measurements are as follows: 18.5 inches pit to pit Just over 37 inches in length The elegant sleeve and fully lined dress are featured in pictures. The neckline has a choker style effect with a V shaped cutout. Such an elegant dress!
