Liberty Black cowgirl boots

The cutest fringe boots! Shaft height is 10” heel height is 2.5” snip toe. Suede material. Size 9. I am typically an 8.5 and these are too big for me! (Not even with thicker socks, I’m thinking these would fit someone in between a 9 and 9.5) Loved these but couldn’t wear them since they were too big! Never been warn.
