This is an amazing and rare vintage Liberty of London cropped floral jacket with a Peter Pan collar. Open front (no buttons or other closure) so needs to be layered over another top. Has stitched in shoulder pads. I would guess 1970s but that is a guess based on a search of vintage tags It was made for Neusteters, a department store originally in Denver Colorado. Cotton fabric. No size tag. I would say fits a medium. No spots or tears but the thread for the hook and eye close is pulled out.
