Exclusive Design in Hera Peacock Feather Pattern in the blue color way is made into a two piece dress or skirt & blouse that can be worn together as a 2 pc. dress or as separate pieces.  The fabric is a wool challis.  You get 3 distinct looks: Just the blouse, just the skirt worn as separates, of both worn together as a 2 pc dress.  Shown w/ a T-shirt, belt & sweater but these are for styling only, not included in sale. This outfit was made by a professional dressmaker in the 1990's and is very well constructed, There is no makers label, but the fabric is labeled on the selvedge in the seam of the skirt. This type of wool fabric by Liberty of London is a soft wonderful light weight wool and retails at $96 a yard. About 5 yds of 36" wide wool fabric was required to create this skirt and blouse ensemble Top Measurements are: Bust 20", Length 26," Sleeve length from underarm to cuff edge 16," Shoulders 16"  Skirt Measurements:  Length is 27" and waistband currently measures 15" flat x 2 = 30"  Note: The waist of the skirt could very easily be taken in by any alterations person if you require the waist measurement to be smaller.  Skirt is permanently fan pleated. This style has recently been prominently featured with high boots & oversized sweaters by many designers. Excellent condition.
