Library Dress Size Small

Fun, cute, short dress with an opening around the neck. I believe the brand is Library, but I can’t tell from the neck tag. Doesn’t have a tag on the inside so I don’t know the material for sure, but feels mostly cotton and has a bit of a stretch.
