Original vintage Life Magazine published on March 31, 1941. Inside condition of pages is good but cover has creases and small holes in it.
Featured articles speak to war-related issues such as a compromised British freighter in New York harbor, U.S. aircraft carriers, workers being trained in defense plants. One very interesting feature is a map of the "war babies" of the USA, namely, shipyards, factories, and camps being built by the U.S. government.
Advertisements include Campbell's soup, Birdseye, and Eight O'Clock coffee, besides the usual full page color automobile ads. The advertisements are as much fun to explore as the articles!
