Last year, I made the decision to make a lifestyle change. I was so tired of being sluggish, puffy and unhappy woman! I wanted to be there for my family and be the best teacher I could be, but something was lacking. After numerous doctors visits and blood tests later, I was told I was fine. So I did some deep diving. I saw a friend post about her miraculous transformation and I had to know more! 3 short months later, I was down 31lbs!
