Life's a garden maxi skirt (1970s)

This skirt was made for frolicking, and I will not accept any counterpoints at this time. Thin panels of lace separate a beautiful, bright, rainbow of flowers in this flowy maxi skirt. It comes with a belt (or hair scarf, or tie, or whatever you want to use it for!) There's some stretch in the waist, so it's super accommodating. Measurements Waist: 28-30" Length: 42"
