Light Blue Cut Out Dress size 1X

Brand new never worn gorgeous and comfy blue maxi dress! I love it, but it’s too big for me. There’s a slip underneath that stops at the knee and a slit from the knee down. There’s also a big cut out on the side of the top of the dress that can be adjusted. Also has a cowl neck. Very stretchy, very soft, perfect for summer. Perfect condition!
