This is a beautiful floor length ice blue prom dress. It's flowy and has a V-neckline in the front and back and bulilt in cups. I am 5' 7.5" and wore this with heels once. *The dress is in great condition. There's one small pulled string, which can be seen in the photos. There are no stains or loose gems.
