Light Blue Ruffle Mini Dress

Ruffle mini dress with long sleeves, back cut-out, and deep v-neck. Size XS (but I think it could fit a small. For reference I am 5'4" and 130lbs and it fit me). Purchased from Esther & Co. Buttons at the top of the back cut-out and a zipper down the back bottom portion.
