Light Blue Western Dress Boots

Size 38 lightweight high boots. Very pretty. I never wore these or even walk with them around the house. I purchased online and they don’t fit. Wood or wood-like heel. No name brand. I purchased them as leather but can’t guarantee the sellers were honest. Feel like leather with awesome detail.
