Light Blue Windsor Dress

Light Blue Dress from Windsor This dress is BRAND NEW w/ TAGS! I absolutely love this dress I think it is soooo adorable! Just have no where to wear it so I believe someone else could enjoy this dime! Size Small, But i think maybe it fits slightly bigger than a small because i’m typically a small (00/0) and it’s a little too big. Length goes to right above my knees (im 5’4)
