Light Blue Wrap Blouse

Tie-waist wrap blouse in a light blue. It has a v-neck plunge and some elastic at the waist. There was no tag for sizing when I inherited it, but I think it is most close to a medium. Let me know if you have questions! Comes from a home with cats.
