Light Blue/green strapless prom dress

Adorable dress only worn once. No missing rhinestones or stains - in perfect condition. There are actually 3 layers to the dress which I tried to show. The bottom layer is a soft material with crinoline on top (doesn’t touch skin). The middle layer is silk/satin feel and the top layer is chiffon but the bottom has a 1” trim that gives the dress shape (not sure what to call it but tried to show in pictures. Dress is very flowy and flirty and super cute! Measures 18” from waist to bottom.
