Light Dusty Blue Mini Skirt

Light dusty blue skirt with scalloped hem and floral cutouts. The skirt is lined; the outer layer is a velvet-like fabric. Very soft and smooth. I think the skirt is a little bluer in person. I added a photo of it laying over white for color comparison.
