Light Grey, Victorian, cotton, ruffle, vintage style high neck mini dress

LOVE THIS DRESS!! I've worn it several times. it's 100% soft thin cotton and lined in the same. the color is so neutral, it goes with everything. the ruffles are sewn in all the right places. side zipper. sinches in at waist and A line circle skirt flows out. ruffle front with cute black buttons so you can either wear it open and show a lil cleavage 😉 or you can button it up all the way for a more Victorian look. what I love about this dress is that it's a vintage Victorian Lolita style, but with a modern twist. it doesn't look like a costume when you put it on, if that makes sense.
