fmiralles Hi. Poshmark wouldn’t let me respond. So I came here but yes I definitely sent it intact. I am 90% sure they will cover us both. I called USPS to complain and they are calling me back tomorrow. So hold on to the palette for now. You should be able to keep it and get refunded. On the bright side, that’s not the best shade that got broken so you should be able to get good use out of it. But don’t tell Posh that lol
