Light Teal Dress size 4 by Express Worn only a few times and in perfect condition. The dress has a racer back cut / high neck with a zipper in the front starting at the waist and going to the top. The dress is a gorgeous light teal color and is slightly textured with subtle dots. It has a zipper on the side. The bottom / skirt is slightly pleated and there's two lines of decorative lace trim. The dress is doubled lined. And the best part - it has pockets! Material is 93% polyester, 7% fiber elastane. Lining is 100% polyester. Made in Vietnam
