Light Turquoise Maui Boutique Blouse

I would describe the color to be a very light turquoise/ blueish green tone. Super light weight and 100% cotton from a boutique in Maui. The style is teased as seen in the photos and the top chest area has very nice detailing including shell looking buttons and lace on top of small ruffles. The shoulders have a small slit in them that can be tied into a cute bow. The teased look to the shirt makes it come in at the waist and flatter the tummy! It is stretchy and semi-tight fitting.
