This is a lightweight dress with very textured fabric in a gorgeous porcelain or light blue color. Sleeves are elastic at wrist. Dress is an empire waist with a slight ruffle at the bottom. Smoke free/pet friendly home. Never worn and new with tags. I missed the deadline to return this item and it was too big for me.
