This is a super cute light blue and white stripe cotton dress with ruffles at the sleeves by Isabella Sinclair Hidden buttons up the front and a tie belt or you could use your own. Perfect for hot summer days. Nice soft feel to the material. Measures 22 inches from pit to pit and 39 inches from top to bottom measuring at the top of the collar. Never worn.
