Light blue floral classy dress shirt collar

Collard and shirt mini dress. Light blue with beautiful yellow and blue flower print all around. Opens down the middle through buttoning. Also has pockets in the front super cute! It’s just too small for me. Fits small and xs. Says M But fits small better. Super cute with some flats or some heels or sandals. Reminds me of Vincent’s paintings or of reading a book in a garden LOL. Worn once. Great condition
