Light blue jeans

Brand new, never worn. Light blue jeans, 2 pockets in front, 2 pockets in back. 98% cotton, 2% spandex. Tag says 1X, but waistband measures about 16 in across laying flat. Inseam is 23 1/5 in. Minimal stretch. My guess is they're closer to a size 12, regardless of what the tag says.
