Light blue lace dress

This country blue dress is just adorable.... a soft shell underneath a beautiful lace. Features a scoop neck and a scalloped lace v to the zipper in the back. This dress would be beat for someone on the shorter side. I am 5’8 and this is a little too short for my comfort level.
